Now that I’m back home and, supposedly, back in the groove, I’ve been thinking about that next phase of life. The one where you begin to explore other ways to spend your days. The “R” word. Retirement. But maybe it can be some type of transition in that direction. For instance, what if you work 9 months and take off 3? Well, teachers do that in some places. Why not other types of professionals? Working on the road showed me that’s another productive way to work. What else??
