Words of wisdom
I’m thinking about opening up a new niche providing VA services to people in the baseball world, such as agents and professional players. As I think about going after a market I have never served before, I have a little anxiety and know I have more to learn about this segment’s specific needs. (Just because I am a huge fan of the sport, in other words, doesn’t mean I know what I need to know!)
Found a terrific article at A List Apart today that is a great read for employees and contractors alike, in how to make the working relationship satisfying for all parties. Read it here: “Why Did You Hire Me?” by Keith LaFerriere.
Incidentally, Keith’s bio says he “can be seen bouncing from coffee shops all across the country in search of the best customer service.” Better keep my eye out for him since that’s the way I move from town to town as well. (Photo from A List Apart)

Hi there.
If you’re serious and want any additional help, let me know. I’d be happy to help you with clients if you want to get help on starting your own shop.
Best of luck!
Keith
