BG, good to hear from you! Good suggestion for blogswarming within the VA community, or for any entrepreneur.

I hope to sneak away for a Chicago visit before the end of the year. Maybe this time a certain mutual loved one will enable us to occupy the same space at the same time?!

I can’t speak for any other type of blogger but I know for political bloggers the term “herding cats” comes to mind.

One of the ways we organize around a specific topic is to have a “blogswarm.” We all blog about a specific topic, piece of legislation, social issue, etc. The blogswarms either last one day or over a weekend only. In the past I’ve kept a blog with links to those participating but next year I think I’ll just use a twitter hashtag.

Blogging is different than knitting in that you don’t have a finished sock at the end, sigh.

Glad to catch up with your blog it’s been a busy summer. I feel like I’ve spent more time this summer in Chicago than at home, but that’s a very good thing.

I think that in today’s “economy” we have to be willing to be a little brave in some aspects: maybe now is the time to try X..

and also to know when to close down an avenue that isn’t working…

and start to listen to our intuition/gut when it comes to making decisions.
